2023 Feyenoord Football Academy camp in Lithuania

GENERAL PROVISIONS

The organizer of the camp is the company "Druskininkai Marathon", the registered office of which is registered at Mizarų str. 52, Druskininkai (company code) 302918946.

  1. These Rules set out the conditions for participation in 2023. Conditions at the Feyenoord Football Academy Camp.

  2. The partner of the camp is ROTERDAMO football club "FEYENOORD".

  3. At the Feyenoord Football Academy camp, football classes (training) will take place according to the methodology of the Rotterdam Football Club Feyenoord, under the supervision of experienced highly qualified Feyenoord coaches and with the help of qualified coaches from Lithuania.

  4. You can find the preliminary program of the Feyenoord Football Academy camp on the website www.feyenoordcamp.lt, the Organizer is updating the program.

  5. The Feyenoord Football Academy camp will take place from June 30, 2023 to July 5, 2023, in Vilnius, Lithuania.

  6. The number of participants is limited.

RULES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE CAMP AND PAYMENT TERMS

  1. The application for participation in the camp can be submitted only by filling in the registration form provided on the website www.feyenoordcamp.lt.

  2. By sending this application for participation in the camp, you agree to the conditions of participation (provided on the website www.feyenoordcamp.lt and in the camp participant's qualification card).

  3. The application for participation in the camp can be filled in by one of the Participant's parents / guardians.

  4. You can participate in the camp from 2009. until 2014 children born.

  5. In order to participate in the camp, it is necessary to fill in and send in advance the registration form referred to in point 1 of Part II, expressing my consent to these Rules and the Privacy Policy, and paying the full price for participating in the camp according to the Rules.

  6. The current camp price offer is available on the website www.feyenoordcamp.lt.

  7. Participation fee (amount -  549 EUR with life ( Price is valid until 05.31 )  or   449 EUR without life ( Price is valid until 05.31 ) must be transferred to the bank account of the company "Druskininkų maratonas" LT753500010001024070 immediately after registration. Confirmation of participation only after payment.

  8. If due to any incident the child will not be able to participate in the camp, his / her parents / guardians must notify the e-mail address info@feyenoordcamp.lt

  9. * In such cases, the Druskininkai Marathon will reimburse part of the contributions based on the following conditions: In case of a participant's serious illness, when justified by a doctor's certificate, or in the event of the death of a close family member. The deposit of EUR 100 will not be refunded.

  10. The Organizer does not undertake to refund the fees paid for participation in the Feyenoord Football Academy Camp if the Participant does not attend the camp or refuses to attend after the start date of the camp.

  11. Part of the price paid for participation in the Feyenoord Football Academy camp shall be reimbursed in the cases provided for in points 1 and 2 of Part III. The organizer does not reimburse any other costs incurred by the parents / guardians in preparing the child for the camp.

  12. When accepting a payment for participation in the camp, the organizer may submit an invoice or a VAT invoice only if the registrant submits a written request during registration.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ORGANIZER

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the camp in case of force majeure, if its implementation will be too difficult or impossible due to reasons beyond the Organiser's control (eg political situation, natural disasters, health problems, etc.).

  2. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the camp if the number of participants in one camp does not exceed 70 people.

  3. The Organizer will not refund any services that the Participant did not use due to his / her fault, eg if he / she is late for the camp, participates for a shorter period, is expelled from the camp in accordance with points 12, 13 and 14 of Part V of these Rules, refuses to participate in selected activities included in the program , refuses to eat or enjoy camping.

  4. Organizer Participants who have chosen a camp with accommodation will be accommodated in double / triple en suite rooms and will provide full board.

  5. The Organizer provides the Participants with sportswear, which becomes the property of the Participants.

  7. The Organizer provides the Participants with mineral water during the training and throughout the stay.

  8. The organizer will provide the necessary basic medical care to the Participants during the camp.  

  9. The Organizer assumes responsibility for the safety of the Participants from the moment of their arrival and registration on the first day of the camp until the moment when the Participants are taken from their accommodation in the camp by their Parents / Guardians.

  10. The organizer provides a professional team of qualified coaches during the camp.

  11. The organizer assembles a professional group of mentors and appoints a camp manager with the necessary qualifications according to Lithuanian law.

  12. The organizer ensures that the camp meets the formal requirements.

  13. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for any changes in the course of the camp beyond the Organiser's control, such as weather conditions, hotel intervention, actions of local authorities, decisions of state or municipal authorities and other institutions or legal entities.

  14. The organizer assumes responsibility for the proper execution of the camp program. The planned program of the camp will be sent to the Parents / Guardians at the e-mail addresses specified in the applications no later than one week before the start of the camp.

  15. The Organizer does not take any material responsibility for the Participants' money, payment cards, valuables, audio and video equipment, mobile phones, personal belongings, etc.

  16. The organizer does not accept any responsibility for situations arising from incomplete information provided in the Camp Participant Qualification Card or application form.

  17. The Organizer forbids the camp leader and mentors to call the Participants' mobile phones stored in the storage room.

  18. The organizer does not cover any additional costs incurred by the Participants for participating in the camp.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF PARENTS AND GUARDIANS OF THE CAMP PARTICIPANTS

  1. The Participant's parents / guardians assume material and financial liability for any damage or loss caused by the Participant's fault during his / her participation in the camp.

  2. The Participant's parents / guardians will cover all additional costs incurred due to the delay in taking the Participant out of the camp.

  3. The Participant's parents / guardians will cover all additional costs incurred due to the Participant's arrival at the camp before the deadline.

  4. One of the Participant's parents / guardians must provide the Organizer with a duly completed Camp Participant Qualification Card, signed these Rules and Privacy Policy, as well as a copy of the medical certificate no later than the start date of the camp.

  5. One of the Participant's parents / guardians must provide all correct and relevant information regarding the child's behavior and health on the Camp Participant's qualification card.

  6. One of the Participant's parents / guardians must introduce and pick up the Camp Participant. The organizer does not cover any transport costs.

  7. One of the Participant's parents / guardians undertakes to take the child out of the camp on the agreed day and time. Otherwise, the camp manager acts in accordance with Lithuanian law.

  8. At the request of the camp leader or mentor, one of the Participant's parents / guardians taking the Participant from the camp must provide his / her identity document.

  9. The participant must be taken out of the camp by his parents / guardians indicated on the registration form. If the Participant is picked up by another person, a power of attorney issued to this person and issued and signed by one of the Participant's parents / guardians must be provided (giving details of the person picking up the child including personal identification number, registration address and telephone number, as well as a copy ). The power of attorney must be submitted to the Organizer on the day the child arrives at the camp. The person taking the child must present his or her identity card on the day the child is taken.

  10. One of the Participant's parents / guardians must inform the Participant about the provisions of Part V of these Rules and oblige the child to comply with them.

  11. If the Participant has chosen a camp without accommodation, the parents / guardians have the full responsibility to deliver and pick up the participant to / from the specified location.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF CAMP PARTICIPANTS

 

  1. The participant must have a medical certificate stating that there are no contraindications to football training and which must be included in the contents of the Camp Participant Qualification Card.

  2. The Camp Participant must have all the items needed for the camp listed in the "Important Information" section of the website www.feyenoordcamp.lt.

  3. The participant agrees with the program prepared by the Organizer and participates in all activities.

  4. The Participant undertakes to follow all instructions and recommendations of the Organizer's representatives - the manager, mentor, coaches and the person representing the Organizer.

  5. The participant undertakes to comply with all regulations and rules relating to the organization of life and safety in the camp.

  6. The participant must follow the order at the camp, especially in his room, canteen, sports and recreational area.

  7. The light turns off from 9:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

  8. A participant may not leave the camp (including a hotel, gym, football field) without notifying the mentor and the camp manager and without their consent.

  9. The Organizer forbids the Participant to have computer games, game consoles, tablets, iPads and other gaming devices in the camp.

  10. The participant must hand over their mobile phone to the mentor. Mobile phones are available daily after dinner from 18:00 until 20:00. At other times and in urgent cases, the Participant may be contacted through the camp manager or mentor.

  11. If the Participant seriously or permanently violates the rules of the camp, the Organizer may decide to expel the Camp Participant. All costs related to this situation will be borne by the Participant's parents / guardians.

  12. Cigarettes, alcohol and alcohol are not allowed in the camp. A Participant who violates this rule will be immediately removed from the camp and sent home at the expense of his / her parents / guardians.

  13. In the opinion of the camp manager, an immoral participant may be expelled from the camp at the expense of his / her parents / guardians.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND RIGHTS OF IMAGE

  1. The Druskininkai Marathon Company (address Mizarų 52, Druskininkai) is the administrator of the personal data of the Participants and their Parents / Guardians.

  2. Parents / guardians have the right to check, correct, update, supplement or delete the content of their personal data in accordance with the BDAR. Detailed rules of personal data protection are provided in the Privacy Policy on the website www.feyenoordcamp.lt .

  3. The Organizer reserves the right to use the images of the Camp Participant free of charge for marketing purposes (among other purposes, use them on websites, in the press, on television, in catalogs, folders, leaflets) if the photograph is related to the Camp in which the Participant participated.

  4. The Organizer reserves the right to publish information about the Participant and his / her achievements in the field of football related to the activities of the Organizer and after the end of the camp. Such information may be published on the Internet, in press articles or in material promoting the Organizer's camp or its activities.

  5. One of the Participant's parents / guardians agrees to use the image as set forth in Sections 3 and 4 of Part VI by signing and acknowledging these Terms and Privacy Policy.

  6. The consent referred to in point 5 of Part VI may be revoked at any time by sending a signed application to the Organizer's address. Withdrawal of consent shall take effect from the date of receipt of the relevant application by the Organizer.

CHANGE IN RULES AND PRIVACY POLICY

  1. These Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy take effect from the moment they are published on the website http://www.feyenoordcamp.lt .

  2. Druskininkai Marathon may change the Rules and Privacy Policy from time to time. After making the relevant changes, the company Druskininkai Marathon prepares and publishes a new version of the Rules and / or Privacy Policy on the website http://www.feyenoordcamp.lt .

  3. All changes to the Rules and / or Privacy Policy shall take effect on the day of their publication on the website www.feyenoordcamp.lt .

  4. The Participant and one of its parents / guardians agree and acknowledge that if the Participant and / or one of its parents / guardians uses the Services after the date of the amendment to the Rules and / or Privacy Policy, it means that the Participant and one of its parents / guardians guardians agree to the new version of the Terms and Privacy Policy.

FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. The entrant and one of its parents / guardians agree that Druskininkai Marathon will send them notices, including notices regarding changes to these Rules and / or Privacy Policy, or advertisements for the provision of services and information services operated by Druskininkai Marathon. measures.

  2. If any provision of these Rules becomes invalid, it will be removed and the other provisions of the Rules and / or Privacy Policy will not be affected. Other provisions of the Rules and / or the Privacy Policy will be valid and binding on the Participant and one of his / her parents / guardians.

  3. Lithuanian law shall always apply to these Rules, the Privacy Policy, as well as the relations between the Participant, one of his / her parents / guardians and the Druskininkai Marathon company arising from these Rules and / or the Privacy Policy.

  4. The provisions of the Civil Code shall apply to all matters not regulated in these Rules.

  5. The participant and one of his / her parents / guardians agree to entrust any disputes with the Druskininkai Marathon to the jurisdiction of the Lithuanian courts and all disputes that may arise from participation in the camp will be settled in the court corresponding to the registered office of the Druskininkai Marathon. applicable jurisdiction.

  6. The Lithuanian versions of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy are final and binding. Other language versions (if applicable) are translations of the Terms and Privacy Policy only and are considered ancillary.  

  7. Druskininkai Marathon does not provide legal advice on the content of the Rules and Privacy Policy. If the Participant and one of his / her parents / guardians do not understand the content of any provision of the Rules and / or the Privacy Policy, they must seek the legal advice of a professional lawyer or solicitor themselves.

  8. Acceptance of the Rules and the Privacy Policy for Druskininkai Marathon means that these documents have been read and understood, their legal impact on readers is known and that the Participant and one of his / her parents / guardians undertake to comply with these obligations.

Important information: If you fill in the registration form correctly and agree to the terms and conditions, an email with further information (payment instructions, camp information) will be sent to your e-mail after registration. Only after successful payment will the registration be considered successful (you will also be notified by e-mail).
